Our world-class data center facility is supported by a team of data center specialists who watch over your IT and data investment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. In addition, our 24x7x365 remote-hands service provides further assurance that we're always ready to assist you, the customer.
A state-of-the art Network Operations Center (NOC), located in our data center facility, closely monitors each customer's equipment and systems and ensures uptime in support of our industry-leading colocation service level agreements. We continuously monitor and supervise our network, power and HVAC systems, fire detection and suppression systems and other equipment for the entire data center. Using multiple monitoring systems combined with advanced tools, technicians can monitor, maintain and control the majority of systems from the NOC.
Physical Security
Physical security is one of our highest operational priorities.
In addition to the monitoring of our data center facility operations, we pay strict attention to physical security to safeguard your mission-critical IT equipment. Our NOC and on-site security team work in tandem to guard the data center and patrol the facility to ensure a secure environment. We also employ a combination of modern security measures to control personnel access including card and biometric scanners, mantraps, security identification points, CCTV, and 24-hour internal and external surveillance.
