Our state-of-the art Network Operations Center closely monitors each customer's equipment and systems and ensures uptime in support of our industry-leading service level agreements. We continuously monitor and supervise our network, power and HVAC systems, fire detection and suppression systems and other equipment for the entire data center. Using multiple monitoring systems combined with advanced tools, building technicians can monitor, maintain and control the majority of systems from the NOC.
Physical Security
Security is one of our highest operational priorities.
In addition to the monitoring of our data center operations, we pay strict attention to physical security to safeguard your mission-critical IT equipment. Our NOC and on-site security team work in tandem to guard the data center and patrol the facility to ensure a secure environment. We also employ a combination of modern security measures to control personnel access including card and biometric scanners, mantraps, security identification points, CCTV, and 24-hour internal and external surveillance.
